Terri Leichty's passion for writing was ignited at around age nine when she received a diary as a birthday gift. Over the course of 30+ years, she diligently documented her personal growth journey in countless journals. It was only after accumulating a wealth of experiences and insights that Terri found the courage to share her narrative, first through blogging and later in her 2017 book, "Body Love | Food Peace: Ten Practices to End the War."

A significant turning point in Terri's writing career came through her collaboration with Billie Frances on the book "Awareness is Enough: Reflection on Being a Coach," which saw publication in 2023.

Terri seeks to collaborate on empowering and inspiring projects that elevate awareness and foster personal development in the broader world. As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, she serves as a facilitator for the Mindful Coach Certification training at Guiding Mindful Change, a program providing education and support for coaching professionals.
